About this build
Michael S.'s lifted 1983 Chevy K30 flatbed runs a 4-piece kit of High-Intensity RGB Rock Lights, one in each corner. Four lights covers the wheel wells on most trucks, and on a tall square-body K30 that is all it takes to light up the tires and suspension in any color.
Each 2-inch light uses three 16W Cree LEDs for 1,600 lumens, sealed in a shockproof aluminum housing rated IP69 waterproof, so the kit holds up on a working flatbed. Colors are set from the Bluetooth app on iPhone or Android. How many rock lights does a Chevy K30 need?
A 4 to 8 light kit covers the wheel wells on most trucks, 12 to 16 lights give a full underbody glow, and 24 to 40 lights are for show builds and big rigs. Kits come in 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 24, 32 and 40 lights.
How do you control RGB rock lights?
The High-Intensity RGB Rock Lights run every color through a Bluetooth app on iPhone and Android.

Can I install rock lights without drilling?
