Due to the custom and vehicle-specific nature of our products, all sales are final.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are dedicated to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase.

If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to work with you to find a solution, including exchanging your product for a different item that better fits your needs.

Exchanges (Wrong Size or Product Changes)

If you ordered the wrong size or need a different product, this qualifies for an exchange under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or product of your choice.

Exchange Terms:

Items must be in brand new, unused, and uninstalled condition
Restocking fee will be waived for approved exchanges
Customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping to us
- Shipping cost for the replacement item

Lifetime Warranty

All products are backed by our Full Lifetime Warranty, covering:

Manufacturer defects
Product malfunctions under normal use

If an issue occurs, we will repair, replace, or exchange the item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment only with approval
Approved cancellations are subject to a 35% restocking fee
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

Returns (If Approved)

Returns are not guaranteed and are accepted only with prior approval.

If approved:

A 35% restocking fee applies
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

RMA Required (Important)

All returns must have an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

We are not responsible for unauthorized returns
Returns sent without approval or not following instructions may be refused
Items returned incorrectly, without authorization, or to the wrong address are the responsibility of the sender

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or engraved products
Special-order items
Deposits or partial payment orders

These are final sale.

Processed after inspection of returned item
Issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable

Installation Disclaimer

Our products are aftermarket and may require wiring or modification.

Installation is the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend professional installation for those unfamiliar with vehicle wiring or modifications.
