The XL Series is our full-size 5-inch square pod, packing our brightest LEDs to date into a full aluminum housing. Each pod throws 4,600 lumens — 9,200 when paired up — making the XL the pick for bumper duty, roof-rack corners, and anywhere a 3-inch cube just isn't enough light.

Built Like Every FCK Pod

Die-cast aluminum housing, epoxy-encapsulated electronics, polycarbonate lens, and a stainless steel bracket with mounting hardware included. IP68 sealed, reverse-polarity protected, rated -40°C to +60°C, and backed by our full lifetime warranty.

XL Series FAQ

XL Series vs. a 3-inch cube?

More than double the output per pod. If you're lighting open desert or running heavy loads at night, the bigger optic and 85W of power make a visible difference.

Square or round?

Same 85W internals either way — the RP-360 5" round pod is this pod's twin with interchangeable lenses for the retro look.

What about wiring?

Our plug-and-play harnesses include relay, fuse, and switch, sized for pods like these.
