About this build
Marcus R. lit up his 2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty 6.0L with a 12-piece kit of High-Intensity RGB Rock Lights. Twelve lights takes the glow past the wheel wells and into full underbody territory, so the whole Super Duty sits on a pool of color at night.
Each light is a 2-inch unit with three 16W Cree LEDs putting out 1,600 lumens, sealed in a shockproof aluminum housing rated IP69 waterproof, which suits a work truck that sees weather and dirt. Marcus picks colors from the Bluetooth app on his phone, iPhone or Android. If you are after F-250 rock lights that cover the full length of the truck, this 12-light setup is a strong match. Every part is in the parts list above.
